Ok I am going on a limb here' know however i dare claim that the title on this blog post is very true that BPOs are in reality one of otherwise THE MOST overlooked Profit Centers in the Real Estate business.
Just as one experienced REO and BPO Realtor for upwards of 12 years We have ran into many Realtors and Brokers that have said a lot of things about the business I will be in everyday, Oftentimes I buy retail Agents or Brokers who visit me asking the way to plunge into the REO business. On the other hand rarely at any time get someone who asks "How may i start doing BPOs?". Why? Well I will dare to say that they just are certainly not that sexy. We all want to be the next REO King or Queen but who would like to be a BPO agent? Simple fact is performing BPOs is just how I broke into the REO business and this day the BPO has become a section of my business model.
But ok listed here are what are the Objectors say:
One time i did BPOs but I was just tired of running around for $30-50 here and $30-50 there. It's just not worthwhile!!!
My response is NOT Worth the cost!!! Seriously??! Might it be worthwhile should you made a supplementary $25,000-$100,000+ annually just from your BPO business?

They want the important checks, they really want the awards from thier toted RE/MAX, Keller Williams or National Brand.
But what they are missing is a huge opportunity to support thier existing businesses and propel thier name into the default servicing industry. My services are trying to change that the bit, one agent at any given time.
